Digo lo de \u201ccasi todo\u201d porque la Direcci\u00f3n de la firma ech\u00f3 en falta y se sinti\u00f3 visiblemente \u201capenada\u201d por la ausencia del presidente del Gobierno de Canarias, <strong>Fernando Clavijo<\/strong>, que estaba especialmente invitado al mencionado acto, al que no faltaron el presidente del cabildo tinerfe\u00f1o, <strong>Carlos Alonso<\/strong>, y el alcalde chicharrero, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Berm\u00fadez<\/strong>, entre otras autoridades.
