Deseo y espero que, al menos, el MB\u2008Abama conserve sus dos estrellas y que Kaz\u00e1n, El Rinc\u00f3n de Juan Carlos, y el Kabuki Abama, conserven la que ya tienen. Pero deseo y espero, sobre todo, que el restaurante Las Aguas, del Gran Hotel Bah\u00eda del Duque, reciba su primera estrella Michel\u00edn, para, con ella, reconocer el gran trabajo desarrollado durante a\u00f1os por el chef <strong>Braulio Simancas<\/strong>, gomero de nacimiento y tinerfe\u00f1o de adopci\u00f3n, junto con todo su gran equipo de profesionales de Cocina y de Sala. Detr\u00e1s de <strong>Braulio Simancas<\/strong>, todo hay que decirlo, est\u00e1 la decidida apuesta por la alta cocina canaria de <strong>Francisco Javier Zamorano<\/strong>, presidente del Grupo CIO, propietario del hotel, la directora del Bah\u00eda, <strong>Cristina De Juan<\/strong>, su director de Alimentaci\u00f3n y Bebidas, <strong>Michel Burgio<\/strong>, y su chef ejecutivo, <strong>Juan Miguel Cabrera<\/strong>.
