Una jornada durante la que, en una serie de puestos de exposici\u00f3n y venta, se presentaron una serie de productos agroalimentarios de la \u201cIsla Bonita\u201d sin faltar la sal Tenegu\u00eda de las salinas de Fuencaliente, los cada vez m\u00e1s apreciados puros artesanales de La Palma (El Rubio y Julio) y el maravilloso Ron Aldea. La jornada concluy\u00f3 con una espectacular cena netamente palmera, elaborada magistralmente por un elenco de nueve acreditados chefs palmeros coordinados por el barloventero <strong>Javier Mart\u00edn<\/strong> (restaurante Papa Negra del Iberostar Hotel Mencey) y conformado por <strong>Pedro Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> (restaurante El Duende del Fuego, en Los Llanos de Aridane), <strong>Jos\u00e9 G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, (El Sitio, del Hotel Hacienda de Abajo, en Tazacorte), los hermanos <strong>Jos\u00e9 Armando<\/strong> y <strong>Jacob Rodr\u00edguez Concepci\u00f3n<\/strong>, con <strong>Juan Miguel \u201cPipi\u201d L\u00f3pez<\/strong> (El Campesino, en Barlovento), <strong>Juan Carlos Rodr\u00edguez Curpa<\/strong> (El Jard\u00edn de la Sal, en Fuencaliente), <strong>Rub\u00e9n Medina<\/strong> (panader\u00eda y pasteler\u00eda Zulay, en Fuencaliente) y <strong>Seraf\u00edn Romero<\/strong> (bar Cinnamon, en Santa Cruz de La Palma).
