Tenerife sigue siendo la luz que en Canarias va delante, en lo que a gastronom\u00eda se refiere, y ahora vuelve a ser dulce noticia en dicho sector. Seis pasteleros espa\u00f1oles competir\u00e1n por el reconocimiento \u201cPastelero Revelaci\u00f3n MadridFusi\u00f3n 2018\u201d y uno de ellos ser\u00e1 nuestro paisano, Alexis Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, quien, junto con su esposa, Marlene Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, regenta en obrador \u201c100% Pan y Pasteler\u00eda\u201d, en Gu\u00eda de Isora. Dos categor\u00edas engloban a los finalistas del I Concurso Pastelero Revelaci\u00f3n: \u201cPastelero de Restaurante\u201d y \u201cPastelero de Obrador\u201d. El concurso llega para reconocer la desconocida figura y el gran trabajo de estos profesionales dentro del mundo de la gastronom\u00eda y, para la pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n de MadridFusi\u00f3n 2018 ya tiene seleccionados los candidatos que competir\u00e1n por el reconocimiento. Muchos han sido los reposteros que han enviado sus recetas para optar a competir en ambas categor\u00edas de este nuevo certamen. El objetivo de este concurso es apoyar y dar valor a un colectivo que nunca ha tenido el reconocimiento suficiente y potenciar as\u00ed el aumento de magn\u00edficos y desconocidos profesionales de esta compleja disciplina gastron\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n
