Els Vents, Alicante), <strong>Toni Clusella<\/strong> (Rest. AbAC***, Barcelona) y <strong>V\u00edctor De Castro<\/strong> (Rest. Boroa*, Amorebieta). En la categor\u00eda de \u201cPasteleros de Obrador\u201d los seleccionados han sido: <strong>Esther Roelas<\/strong> (The P\u00e2tissier, Madrid), <strong>Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez<\/strong> (Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez Pastisser, Palma de Mallorca) y nuestro dulce \u201cpuntal\u201d, <strong>Alexis Garc\u00eda<\/strong> (100% Pan y Pasteler\u00eda, &#8211; Gu\u00eda de Isora &#8211; Tenerife). El cierre de inscripci\u00f3n tuvo lugar el pasado d\u00eda 8 de diciembre y el proceso de selecci\u00f3n ha tenido lugar valorando la complejidad y originalidad de las fichas t\u00e9cnicas de las recetas y el resultado final en fotograf\u00eda enviado por los participantes.\u00a0 En ambas categor\u00edas habr\u00e1 tres importantes premios; por tanto, los seleccionados son ya ganadores en primer, segundo o tercer puesto.\u00a0\u00a0 El jurado de la final estar\u00e1 presidido por <strong>Paco Torreblanca<\/strong> (Bomboner\u00edas Torreblanca) y contar\u00e1, entre otros, con <strong>Jordi Butr\u00f3n<\/strong> (EspaiSucre) y <strong>Esteban Capdevila<\/strong> como miembros del mismo. La final se celebrar\u00e1 el d\u00eda martes 23 de enero de 2018 en el escenario de la sala polivalente de MadridFusi\u00f3n y vendr\u00e1 a confirmar el alto nivel de reposter\u00eda que hay en nuestro pa\u00eds y que debe ser reconocido.
