{"id":4982,"date":"2018-01-14T11:04:18","date_gmt":"2018-01-14T11:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=4982"},"modified":"2018-01-14T10:06:26","modified_gmt":"2018-01-14T10:06:26","slug":"apuesta-por-la-negra-yema-de-huevo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=4982","title":{"rendered":"APUESTA POR LA NEGRA YEMA DE HUEVO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gracias a una interesante y exitosa iniciativa respaldada por <strong>Fernando Clavijo<\/strong> y <strong>Narvay Quintero<\/strong> (presidente y consejero de Agricultura, respectivamente, del Gobierno de Canarias), y de <strong>Carlos Alonso<\/strong> y <strong>Jes\u00fas Morales <\/strong>(hom\u00f3logos en el Cabildo de Tenerife), Tenerife fue el pasado mes de octubre sede del I\u2008Foro Gastron\u00f3mico Internacional de la Papa, un evento hist\u00f3rico que, si Dios quiere (y hay financiaci\u00f3n) se repetir\u00e1 cada dos a\u00f1os. Al mismo asistieron relevantes cocineros locales, nacionales e internacionales, que, juntos, sumaban m\u00e1s de 35 estrellas Michelin. En dicho Foro se le dieron, para probar y cocinar, m\u00e1s de una docena de variedades de nuestras papas antiguas de Tenerife, acogidas a la D.O. Papas Antiguas de Canarias (la primera y \u00fanica de este tipo y producto reconocida en la Uni\u00f3n Europea).
