{"id":4991,"date":"2018-01-14T11:01:14","date_gmt":"2018-01-14T11:01:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=4991"},"modified":"2018-01-14T10:10:59","modified_gmt":"2018-01-14T10:10:59","slug":"de-vilaflor-y-cultivada-a-1-170-metros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=4991","title":{"rendered":"DE VILAFLOR Y CULTIVADA A 1.170 METROS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La maravilla a subastar ser\u00e1 un kilo de Papa Negra de Tenerife de la variedad Yema Huevo, cultivada en la zona de El Pozo (municipio de Vilaflor) a 1.170 metros sobre el nivel del mar (la zona de cultivo de papas m\u00e1s alta de Espa\u00f1a, donde se llegan a cultivar hasta los 1.600 de altitud) por el agricultor <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Delgado Dorta<\/strong>. Fueron cultivadas en jable seg\u00fan las t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales usadas en Vilaflor y cosechadas el pasado 15 de diciembre de 2017. La siembra fue mecanizada con un marco de 38-40 cm. entre surcos, y 20-25 cm. entre papas. Se realiz\u00f3 el minado, siempre que hubo suficiente agua, y se regaron por grandes aspersores. Toda la maquinaria para la siembra y recolecci\u00f3n ha sido construida y adaptada por especialistas de la zona como <strong>Le\u00f3n Delgado<\/strong>, de la Cerrajer\u00eda Le\u00f3n, y <strong>Jes\u00fas Manuel Miranda<\/strong>, de Soldaduras Miranda, ambos expertos locales en maquinaria agr\u00edcola. Sin duda, todo un lujo a subastar.
