En mis casi 39 a\u00f1os de oficio (y parece que fue ayer) he tenido la oportunidad de conocer a no pocos responsables de la Sanidad en Canarias (incluso cuando todav\u00eda mandaba el INSALUD). Por ello debo reconocer que el actual consejero de Sanidad, el matem\u00e1tico y experto en gesti\u00f3n sanitaria, <b>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Baltar Trabazo,<\/b> es uno de los m\u00e1s inteligentes y mejor preparados de los que he conocido.
