Por primera vez en su historia, el Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias, en su edici\u00f3n GastroCanarias 2018 fue presentado oficialmente en la casa palacio sede del Cabildo Insular de Gran Canaria, que este a\u00f1o, en el importante evento gastron\u00f3mico, ser\u00e1 oficialmente la \u201cIsla Invitada\u201d.
