Y es que, una vez retornada de Estados Unidos, Alemania y Suiza, donde ha estado form\u00e1ndose como cocinera, ha vuelto a casa la joven, pero ya experimentada chef <strong>Myriam Gonz\u00e1lez De Aledo De Lacalle<\/strong>, titulada en cocina y gastronom\u00eda por el prestigioso San Diego Culinary Institute, en California (U.S.A.). La buena de <strong>Myriam Gonz\u00e1lez De Aledo\u00a0<\/strong>tiene una doble licenciatura en Derecho y en Administraci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas en Espa\u00f1a, pero siempre le gust\u00f3 la cocina (pasi\u00f3n que le viene por su madre, que hace unos postres que te mueres). Siguiendo esa pasi\u00f3n y estando residiendo durante unos a\u00f1os en Estados Unidos, opt\u00f3 por formarse profesionalmente en cocina y cambi\u00f3 las leyes por los fogones. Hoy <strong>Myriam Gonz\u00e1lez De Aledo De Lacalle\u00a0<\/strong>es un magn\u00edfico y claro ejemplo de voluntad y constancia para todas las canarias y canarios, que tienen una vocaci\u00f3n y una pasi\u00f3n. Todo es ponerse, luchar y trabajar.
