El maestro <strong>Ferran Adri\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong>(veterano y gran amigo de Tenerife, as\u00ed como defensor de su cocina) no vino a dar lecciones magistrales, ni a reinventar nada. Vino a compartir ideas, sugerir nuevas recetas y abrir mentes, desde el conocimiento y su experiencia<strong>. Ferran Adri\u00e0<\/strong>, siempre generoso y desde la humildad, nos dio \u201csu versi\u00f3n\u201d de un puchero canario, versi\u00f3n que se aliment\u00f3, complet\u00f3 y mejor\u00f3 con la aportaci\u00f3n del alumnado de los centros formativos de cocina en Canarias, que, por cierto, tienen que ser apoyados mucho m\u00e1s y mucho mejor.
