La segunda edici\u00f3n del proyecto social y formativo \u201cSaborea A\u00f1aza\u201d se desarroll\u00f3 en el Centro de Adultos Hermano Pedro, que regenta la Fundaci\u00f3n Canaria Sagrada Familia, que lidera Inmaculada Ojeda<\/strong>, y reuni\u00f3 a 10 alumnos y alumnas de cocina de la Fundaci\u00f3n Canaria El Buen Samaritano en una clase magistral a cargo de parte del equipo de cocina del hotel Bah\u00eda del Duque. La iniciativa sigue teniendo como objetivo formar y facilitar el acceso al mercado laboral de los j\u00f3venes emprendedores de A\u00f1aza, que forman parte del catering APJ (A\u00f1aza por sus J\u00f3venes) promovido por C\u00e1ritas de A\u00f1aza, que lidera Goretti Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, as\u00ed como los alumnos del PIIL (Proyecto Integrado de Inserci\u00f3n Laboral) FOCA (Formaci\u00f3n en Cocina A\u00f1aza), del Certificado de Profesionalidad en Cocina subvencionado por el Servicio Canario de empleo y financiado por el Fondo Social Europeo y el Gobierno de Canarias.<\/p>\n
