Cuando habla la concejala de Urbanismo, <strong>Candelaria D\u00edaz,\u00a0<\/strong>le respalda la legislaci\u00f3n vigente y la normativa urban\u00edstica en la zona. Hay que documentarse y dialogar. Cuando a un loro le ense\u00f1an una palabra o una frase, \u00e9ste la suele repetir una y mil veces, pesada y machaconamente, pero el animalito no piensa y, muchas veces, lo que le ense\u00f1an es falso o no correcto y, por tanto, lo que \u00e9l repite, tampoco lo es. Como reza el evangelio de <strong>San Juan\u00a0<\/strong>y como muchas veces he repetido en <strong><em>El Cotarro<\/em><\/strong>, <em>\u201cLa verdad es la que nos hace libres\u201d<\/em>.
