El protagonismo fue para un sabroso potaje de berros con gofio amasado, y un exquisito taco de cochino negro canario con papas negras y mojo episcopal. O sea, elaborado (todo hay que decirlo) por nuestro obispo, <strong>Bernardo \u00c1lvarez<\/strong>, que es \u201cuna fiera\u201d a la hora de hacer mojo pic\u00f3n con pimientas palmeras. Al final, todo se suaviz\u00f3 con unos huevos moles&#8230; tambi\u00e9n con gofio.
