Los premios se dar\u00e1n el martes y en esta edici\u00f3n 2018 el jurado estar\u00e1 presidido por <strong>Pedro Ballestero s<\/strong>(Master of Wine) y formado por grandes profesionales como, entre otros, <strong>Charles Metcalfe\u00a0<\/strong>(fundador del IWC United Kingdom), <strong>\u00c1ngela Mount\u00a0<\/strong>(periodista, escritora y experta en vinos), Fernando Mora (Master of Wine), <strong>\u00c1ngel Riesgo\u00a0<\/strong>(ex Presidente de DDB Espa\u00f1a), <strong>Joxe Mari Aizega\u00a0<\/strong>(Director del Basque Culinary Center), <strong>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Huertas\u00a0<\/strong>(sumiller del restaurante Terraza del Casino de Madrid y ganadora IWC a la Mejor Carta de Vinos 2017), <strong>Ferr\u00e1n Centelles\u00a0<\/strong>(parte del equipo de sumilleres del restaurante El Bulli entre 2000 y 2011 y director de la partida de bebidas de elBullifoundation) y <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Ben\u00edtez\u00a0<\/strong>(Director General de la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola del Vino \u2013 FEV).
