Ha sido con una experiencia gastron\u00f3mica denominada <em>\u201cDinner in Bah\u00eda\u2019s Sky\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>un concepto innovador que permiti\u00f3 a los participantes disfrutar de un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n con el aliciente especial de hacerlo suspendido en el aire con las vistas de la costa de Adeje, la Playa del Duque y los jardines del hotel. El men\u00fa fue dise\u00f1ado por <strong>Pierre R\u00e9simont\u00a0<\/strong>(con dos estrellas Michelin en su restaurante L\u00b4eau-Vive en B\u00e9lgica), junto al equipo del restaurante La Brasserie del hotel Bah\u00eda del Duque, que dirige <strong>Yoseba Llarena<\/strong>, basado en la tradicional cocina francesa, y otro por el equipo del restaurante Kaz\u00e1n (con una estrella en la capital tinerfe\u00f1a).\u2008Todo estuvo exquisito, pero, si me lo permiten, mientras ellos estaban en \u201clas alturas\u201d yo estuve en \u201cla gloria\u201d, a ras de tierra, disfrutando de la cocina del gran <strong>Braulio Simancas\u00a0<\/strong>en el restaurante Las Aguas del mismo Bah\u00eda del Duque.
