{"id":6229,"date":"2018-12-16T11:02:19","date_gmt":"2018-12-16T11:02:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=6229"},"modified":"2018-12-16T10:20:00","modified_gmt":"2018-12-16T10:20:00","slug":"y-crean-la-cerveza-artesanal-7-islas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=6229","title":{"rendered":"Y CREAN LA CERVEZA ARTESANAL \u201c7 ISLAS\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquel domingo de agosto comenz\u00f3 todo el proceso: 1.- \u201cReceta\u201d, que se cre\u00f3 con aportaci\u00f3n de los cerveceros artesanos de las siete islas y la coordinaci\u00f3n del maestro cervecero <strong>Jaime Boluda<\/strong>. 2.- \u201cMolienda\u201d de la malta, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de todos los presentes. 3.- \u201cMaceraci\u00f3n\u201d en la que se junt\u00f3 el agua (filtrada y previamente calentada) con el grano molido. &#8211; \u201cFiltrado\u201d m\u00e1s tarde, para separar el mosto del grano. 5.- \u201cCocci\u00f3n\u201d del mosto llev\u00e1ndolo a ebullici\u00f3n, con el a\u00f1adido del l\u00fapulo. Fue un domingo para recordar, donde se pas\u00f3 en grande y, como dice la etiqueta de la \u201c7 Islas\u201d, (dise\u00f1ada por <strong>Mois\u00e9s Barrios<\/strong>) nuestras islas se vieron <em>\u201cseparadas por el mar y unidas por la cerveza\u201d<\/em>. Seguidamente, \u201cprimera fermentaci\u00f3n\u201d de 7 d\u00edas en dep\u00f3sitos de fermentado y una \u201csegunda fermentaci\u00f3n\u201d de 21 d\u00edas, ya en las botellas.
