La pasada semana Tenerife fue a Fitur y, a partir de ma\u00f1ana estar\u00e1 presente en el congreso internacional de gastronom\u00eda MadridFusi\u00f3n 2019, de la mano del Cabildo de Tenerife y la marca Tenerife Gastro Experience y a trav\u00e9s de su consejer\u00eda de Agricultura, con Jes\u00fas Morales\u00a0<\/strong>al frente, y la consejer\u00eda de Turismo, comandada por Alberto Bernab\u00e9<\/strong>. En esta ocasi\u00f3n los cocineros asistentes ser\u00e1n Samuel Hern\u00e1ndez\u00a0<\/strong>(restaurante El Lagarto); Isidro \u00c1lvarez\u00a0<\/strong>(San Diego); Jes\u00fas Marrero\u00a0<\/strong>(El Ancla); Diana Marcelino\u00a0<\/strong>(Finca Salamanca) y Pablo Pastor<\/strong>, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Cocineros y Reposteros de Canarias (Acyre). Adem\u00e1s, el chef del Hotel Bit\u00e1cora, Daniel Mesa<\/strong>, participar\u00e1 en dos concursos de MadridFusi\u00f3n, con unas elaboraciones que tendr\u00e1n al queso como protagonista. Para all\u00e1 iremos y a la vuelta contaremos c\u00f3mo estuvo la cosa.<\/p>\n
