Para ello, destinan el 100 % del beneficio a la creaci\u00f3n de puestos de trabajo y a la formaci\u00f3n para la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de sus trabajadores y trabajadoras. Las personas, contratas por \u201cTrampol\u00edn Solidario\u201d, trabajan durante un a\u00f1o, al tiempo que participan en un itinerario de inserci\u00f3n, en el que maduran su idea emprendedora. La iniciativa tiene adem\u00e1s un marcado car\u00e1cter de emprendimiento social, en la l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n de \u201cTrampol\u00edn Solidario\u201d, puesto que, desde las labores en la finca, a la construcci\u00f3n de los jardines, se apoyan en la inserci\u00f3n de personas en exclusi\u00f3n social. La uni\u00f3n del proyecto de <strong>Laura L\u00f3pez <\/strong>con la organizaci\u00f3n de <strong>\u00c1ngel D\u00edaz<\/strong>, supone un estupendo apoyo a la mejor cocina canaria, basado en un producto de cercan\u00eda, donde el cliente puede observarlo en el jard\u00edn, justo antes de disfrutarlo en el plato.
