Muchas fueron las actividades protagonizadas por cocineros de la isla, incluyendo degustaciones, talleres, catas, presentaciones y ponencias, as\u00ed como participaci\u00f3n en algunos de los concursos celebrados durante el congreso. Pero, si me lo permiten, porque creo que es de justicia, merece destacar la ponencia presentada por el Cabildo de Tenerife, a trav\u00e9s de la marca \u201cTenerife Gastro Experience\u201d y que, bajo el t\u00edtulo de <em>\u201cLa ruta de la papa a Europa; de Per\u00fa a Tenerife\u201d<\/em>, ofrecieron los chefs <strong>Mitsuharu\u00a0<em>\u201cMicha\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Tsumura\u00a0<\/strong>(restaurante Maido, en Lima- Per\u00fa- 7\u00ba mejor del mundo), <strong>Omar Malpartida\u00a0<\/strong>(restaurante Luma, en Madrid) y <strong>Erlantz Gorostiza\u00a0<\/strong>(restaurante MB\u2008Abama, en Tenerife &#8211; 2 estrellas Michelin), tres grandes figuras que tuve el honor y privilegio de presentar, seguido del gran chef\u00a0 y maestro <strong>Mart\u00edn Berasategui<\/strong>, que acumula en sus restaurantes la friolera de 10 estrellas Michelin.
