Hoy es Domingo de Carnaval. Hoy es uno de esos d\u00edas del a\u00f1o en los que \u201cde amanecida\u201d mucha gente, como el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Manuel Berm\u00fadez<\/strong>, por ejemplo, compra el peri\u00f3dico EL\u2008D\u00cdA\u00a0<\/strong>antes de irse a acostar, tras pasar la noche en los brazos del carnaval chicharrero. He sido carnavalero hasta la m\u00e9dula. De pibe he sido murguero en una murga infantil y rondallero de joven en el querido Orfe\u00f3n \u201cLa Paz\u201d de La Laguna. Y ya siendo periodista, tuve el honor de que me fuera concedido el premio \u201cPayasito de Oro\u201d de la Nif\u00fa-Nif\u00e1, en su primera edici\u00f3n del a\u00f1o 1981, y tuve el privilegio de que me lo entregara el querido y recordado Enrique Gonz\u00e1lez Bethencourt<\/strong>, inolvidable director de la \u201cFuFa\u201d. La parte proporcional y cuota carnavalera de mi vida ya est\u00e1 m\u00e1s que superada. Pero sigo estando al tanto del mismo. Por ello, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, me voy a \u201cmojar\u201d.<\/p>\n
