El a\u00f1o 2000, siendo presidente del Cabildo de Tenerife el recordado <strong>Ad\u00e1n Mart\u00edn\u00a0<\/strong>(q.e.p.d.) nuestra isla se convirti\u00f3 en el primer lugar de toda Espa\u00f1a en contar un con Plan de Gastronom\u00eda, aprobado por una corporaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Tuve el honor de participar en aquella creaci\u00f3n junto con los hoy tambi\u00e9n recodados <strong>Manuel Iglesias\u00a0<\/strong>y <strong>Jos\u00e9 H. Chela<\/strong>.
