La dicharachera <strong>Ana Pacheco\u00a0<\/strong>es la jefa de cocina del popular Bar Aitahy, en el mism\u00edsimo Mercando Central Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de \u00c1frica (nuestra popular \u201cLa Recova\u201d, en el coraz\u00f3n de Santa Cruz). El campeonato, que a las 18.00 horas del martes servir\u00e1 de sabroso colof\u00f3n al II Foro de la Papa, se presenta muy competido. Esperemos, no obstante, que nuestra <strong>Ana\u00a0<\/strong>haga la mejor, gane el campeonato, se lleve como galard\u00f3n su peso en papas antiguas de Canarias y, sobre todo, el honor de hacer <em>\u201cla mejor tortilla de papas de Espa\u00f1a\u201d<\/em>en este a\u00f1o 2019.
