El desinquieto empresario Wolfgang Kiessling<\/strong>, presidente del grupo Loro Parque y Siam Park, a la vez que propietario del Hotel Bot\u00e1nico, el restaurante Brunellis y el aquarium Poema del Mar, en Gran Canaria, no para. Ahora, a sus j\u00f3venes 81 a\u00f1os de edad, quiere convertir a nuestro emblem\u00e1tico Bot\u00e1nico, en el Puerto de la Cruz en un hotel de referencia internacional en el que se pueda adelgazar, pero, curiosamente, comiendo. Para ello ha contratado al reputado chef franc\u00e9s Patrick Jarno<\/strong>, avalado por una larga trayectoria en el afamado resort de la Breta\u00f1a francesa Quiberon, que va a dirigir la cocina del proyecto que se denominar\u00e1 \u201cBot\u00e1nico Slim &\u2008Wellness\u201d algo as\u00ed como adelgazar con bienestar.
