Chela\u00a0<\/strong>promov\u00ed y comenc\u00e9 a desarrollar el Campeonato de Canarias Absoluto de Cocineros, que unos a\u00f1os se celebraba dentro de la feria AgroCanarias y otros a\u00f1os en la de Alimentaci\u00f3n\/ExpoHostel. A solo cinco a\u00f1os de su primera edici\u00f3n, Ignacio Pintado ya me sugiri\u00f3 que el Campeonato podr\u00eda en si mismo arropar a una feria propia pero nunca quiso \u201ccompetir\u201d con\u00a0<strong>Xen\u00f3n\u00a0Mascare\u00f1o\u00a0<\/strong>(Qepd), l\u00edder de Asaga y promotor de AgroCanarias; ni con <strong>Eulogio Hern\u00e1ndez\u00a0<\/strong>(Qepd) y Paco G\u00f3mez, l\u00edderes de Facca y de Adican, respectivamente, y promotores de Alimentaci\u00f3n\/ExpoHostel). Pero, como siempre me dec\u00eda el bueno de <strong>Ignacio Pintado<\/strong>, las ferias, nacen, se reproducen y mueren.
