Lo comentamos con el ya presidente del Cabildo, <strong>Carlos Alonso<\/strong>, quien lo vio con muy buenos ojos y nos dio su visto bueno. A partir de ah\u00ed, el a\u00f1o 2015 naci\u00f3 el Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias, una pionera experiencia de colaboraci\u00f3n entre una empresa p\u00fablica, la Instituci\u00f3n Ferial de Tenerife, que ahora tiene como gerente a <strong>I\u00f1aki Dom\u00ednguez Paniagua\u00a0<\/strong>(tambi\u00e9n gran profesional y alumno aventajado del propio\u00a0<strong>Ignacio Pintado<\/strong>) y a una empresa privada, (Interideas, propietaria de la plataforma GastroCanarias).
