Se trata de la tercera edici\u00f3n del proyecto social, formativo y solidario \u201cSaborea A\u00f1aza\u201d que lidera Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Hern\u00e1ndez\u00a0<\/strong>y que este a\u00f1o se desarroll\u00f3 en el \u201cBarranco Urbano de A\u00f1aza\u201d (BUA). El alumnado de cocina de la Fundaci\u00f3n Canaria El Buen Samaritano, que Pepe\u00a0<\/strong>preside, recibi\u00f3 una clase magistral a cargo del equipo de cocina del hotel Bah\u00eda del Duque y luego, juntos, ofrecieron un almuerzo solidario a unos 30 usuarios del Centro de Mayores de A\u00f1aza, popularmente conocido como el Centro MAYA. La iniciativa sigue teniendo como objetivo formar y facilitar el acceso al mercado laboral de los j\u00f3venes emprendedores de A\u00f1aza, que forman parte del Catering APJ (A\u00f1aza por sus J\u00f3venes) que lidera Goretti Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, as\u00ed como los alumnos del PIIL (Proyecto Integrado de Inserci\u00f3n Laboral) FOCA (Formaci\u00f3n en Cocina A\u00f1aza) del Certificado Cocina.<\/p>\n
