Luego se comparti\u00f3 un almuerzo donde, como es tradicional, coincidieron los jefes de la contrata con sus trabajadores; los arquitectos y aparejadores y la propiedad del edificio. La base siempre es la cocina canaria y no puede faltar la carne de cochino y un buen vino del pa\u00eds. Cumpliendo la tradici\u00f3n, todo esto siempre lo paga (y lo pag\u00f3) el contratista. Se llamar\u00e1 edificio Riezu, nombre de la localidad de origen de <strong>don Ra\u00fal\u00a0<\/strong>(navarro de nacimiento y tinerfe\u00f1o de adopci\u00f3n) y el proyecto ha sido elaborado en el estudio MENUCE Arquitectos, comandado por <strong>Jorge Men\u00e9ndez D\u00edaz\u00a0<\/strong>y su hijo <strong>Jorge Men\u00e9ndez Ucelay<\/strong>. Tiene 7 plantas, se acabar\u00e1 en octubre de 2020 y desde su azotea podr\u00e1n disfrutar de unas impresionantes vistas en 360\u00ba de La Laguna. Un detalle para los laguneros profundos: en los 360\u00ba no se ve en ning\u00fan momento Santa Cruz. La broma que no falte, y sea dicha siempre con todo respeto.
