Este primer t\u00edtulo para El Cotarro\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>de hoy, no representa una co\u00f1a, sino una actitud personal, digna de ser puesta en valor, de ser reconocida p\u00fablicamente y que, de nuevo, volver\u00e1 a verse y \u201csentirse\u201d en el \u00e1mbito del Gobierno de Canarias. El \u201cculpable\u201d no es otro que Jos\u00e9 Juli\u00e1n Ist\u00faritz P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, un vasco de nacimiento y absolutamente canario de adopci\u00f3n que, por trabajo y m\u00e9ritos propios, acaba de retornar al Gobierno de Canarias como flamante director general de Patrimonio y Contrataci\u00f3n. Fue Jos\u00e9 Juli\u00e1n Ist\u00faritz\u00a0<\/strong>quien, hace bastantes a\u00f1os, implant\u00f3 y puso en las conciencias de muchos lo de comenzar y terminar, fechar y firmar las cartas, los documentos y hasta las leyes canarias, no con lo de esta o aquella provincia canaria, sino con su \u201cfamosa\u201d forma gen\u00e9rica y de \u00e1mbito regional comunitario que hoy, por ejemplo, ser\u00eda: \u201cen las Islas Canarias, a 18 de agosto de 2019\u201d.<\/p>\n
