El bueno de <strong>Juan Carlos Magdalena<\/strong> se ha rodeado de magn\u00edficos puntales y cuenta como director con el gran <strong>Roberto Castro<\/strong> (magn\u00edfico sumiller y excelente jefe de sala) y con el reconocido chef <strong>Juan Carlos Clemente<\/strong>, como asesor gastron\u00f3mico del establecimiento. La apuesta pasa por la cocina canaria de proximidad, con especial atenci\u00f3n a los productos locales de calidad. En estos complejos tiempos de quiebras de turoperadores, Brexit e incertidumbres, se ve que hay futuro y se agradece que empresarios, como <strong>Juan Carlos Magdalena<\/strong>, sigan apostando, invirtiendo y creando puestos de trabajo. Hay que ir a El Secreto de Chimiche, que, por cierto, est\u00e1 en la carretera general del sur, 4, en Chimiche (Tel\u00e9fono: 922 777 279) Llamen antes para reservar mesa. No se arrepentir\u00e1n.
