Se trataba de un simulacro de emergencia que recre\u00f3 una situaci\u00f3n de amenaza NRBQ (nuclear, radiol\u00f3gica, biol\u00f3gica y qu\u00edmica) por una supuesta \u201cexplosi\u00f3n y liberaci\u00f3n de gases durante una reuni\u00f3n de \u201cVips\u201d en una de las salas de congresos del Recinto Ferial\u201d. En el simulacro participaron hasta 80 miembros de la Polic\u00eda Nacional (UIP, UPR, Tedax,&#8230;)\u2008Polic\u00eda Local, Instituto Nacional de Toxicolog\u00eda, Servicio de Urgencias Canario y Bomberos, entre otros. A ellos se uni\u00f3 la Direcci\u00f3n de la Instituci\u00f3n Ferial, comandada por su gerente <strong>I\u00f1aki Dom\u00ednguez Paniagua <\/strong>y su equipo ejecutivo, <strong>Rayco D\u00e1rias<\/strong> y <strong>Jonay L\u00f3pez<\/strong>. Todos aunaron esfuerzos mediante la activaci\u00f3n del previsto Plan de Emergencias y la empresa Select Global Security, adjudicataria de la seguridad del Recinto Ferial. El simulacro fue espectacular, sorprendi\u00f3 a todo el mundo y, lo mejor de todo, fue que qued\u00f3 en un susto y que el resultado fue excelente.
