Parece que fue ayer pero el a\u00f1o 1999, hace ahora mismo 20 a\u00f1os, el recordado <strong>Ad\u00e1n Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, siendo presidente del Cabildo de Tenerife, promovi\u00f3 una \u201csabrosa\u201d iniciativa que luego, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s tarde, <strong>Ricardo Melchior<\/strong> hizo suya, ya en la Presidencia de la Corporaci\u00f3n Insular.
