Hay que recordar que ya la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n del Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias, celebrado el pasado mes de mayo, el reconocido equipo de profesionales que gestiona el Recinto Ferial, comandado por I\u00f1aki Dom\u00ednguez Paniagua<\/strong> (director gerente) apoyado en Rayco D\u00e1rias<\/strong> (director financiero) y Jonay L\u00f3pez\u00a0<\/strong>(director de ferias y eventos) llegaron a un acuerdo con la empresa Interideas, coorganizadora del evento, para que GastroCanarias 2019, fuera la primera feria gastron\u00f3mica de Espa\u00f1a libre de pl\u00e1sticos (#ceroplastico o #plasticfree). En ella y con la inestimable colaboraci\u00f3n de empresas comprometidas como Insular Canarias de Bebidas (INCABE), que dirige Ezequiel P\u00e9rez Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> y que, entre otras bebidas, distribuye la marca Heineken o Cruzcampo, se aunaron fuerzas recomendando y fomentando la utilizaci\u00f3n vasos y cubiertos reciclables y no los de un solo uso. Y fue una primera y exitosa experiencia que todos reconocieron, valoraron y felicitaron.<\/p>\n
