Y CORDERO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Para seguir con las tradiciones, los miembros de la Tertulia Primer Viernes se re\u00fanen de forma especial cada 27 de diciembre, para hacer el \u201cresumen del a\u00f1o\u201d en lo que tradicionalmente llaman \u201cel almuerzo de los conejos\u201d. Este a\u00f1o el encuentro se celebr\u00f3 en casa del ex alcalde lagunero, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz<\/strong> (miembro de la Tertulia desde hace a\u00f1os) cuya hospitalidad y la de toda su familia hay que agradecer. Obviamente, el plato principal lo protagonizan siempre unos conejos en salmorejo seg\u00fan la receta tradicional canaria que, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, fue elaborada por <strong>Antonio Rodr\u00edguez <\/strong>(para los amigos<strong> \u201cEl Zapa\u201d<\/strong>), el artesano zapatero de la lagunera calle San Antonio y que hoy, a sus 70 a\u00f1os largos, est\u00e1 \u201ccomo una puncha\u201d gracias, seguramente, a su devoci\u00f3n por <strong>San F\u00e9rtil<\/strong>. Aseguran que <strong>Antonio Rodr\u00edguez \u201cEl Zapa\u201d<\/strong> es, actualmente, el zapatero artesano en activo m\u00e1s veterano de Canarias. De forma excepcional este a\u00f1o los conejos fueron acompa\u00f1ados por un cordero asado, que elabor\u00f3 magistralmente el exconcejal lagunero <strong>Iv\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez Riverol<\/strong>.
