Tras unos escarceos profesionales en el mundo tur\u00edstico del Puerto de la Cruz, el empresario Carlos Cobiella<\/strong>le fich\u00f3 inicialmente en una compa\u00f1\u00eda de Seguros de Vida. Luego le anim\u00f3 para, desde su empresa Dialte, pasarse al mundo de la alimentaci\u00f3n y bebidas, all\u00e1 por el a\u00f1o 1990, donde al fin pudo aunar su pasi\u00f3n culinaria en los fogones de su casa con su d\u00eda a d\u00eda en el trabajo. Desde entonces y gracias a Dialte, Guillermo Faverio James<\/strong> ha conocido otros tantos lugares dispersos en la geograf\u00eda europea; bodegas, f\u00e1bricas, mercados y sus gentes. As\u00ed, compartiendo experiencias y conocimientos, ha tenido un plus que le ha permitido crecer tanto en lo personal y en familia, como en lo profesional con sus clientes, objeto de todo su esfuerzo diario.<\/p>\n
