Por un lado, hace ya unas semanas, ha reabierto el restaurante Los Troncos, en su misma ubicaci\u00f3n de la santacrucera Calle del Perd\u00f3n, 17, respetando la cocina y recetas (como los <em>Huevos a la Inglesa<\/em>) que popularizara el gran <strong>Pepe Herrera<\/strong>. Tres buenos empresarios han hecho posible su continuidad y contar\u00e1 con el chef <strong>Mois\u00e9s Marc\u00e9<\/strong> como jefe de cocina y la siempre alegre y profesional <strong>Silvia Aguilera<\/strong> como jefa de sala. Por otro lado, y tras meses de reforma total, en la lagunera Plaza de la Concepci\u00f3n, ma\u00f1ana lunes reabrir\u00e1 la no menos popular Cafeter\u00eda Venezia, que lidera el din\u00e1mico empresario <strong>Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>.
