El presidente y sus consejeros tuvieron una primera visi\u00f3n y puesta en com\u00fan de la problem\u00e1tica que rodea el sector de la Gastronom\u00eda de Tenerife y recibieron informaci\u00f3n sobre lo realizado \u00faltimamente y lo que se tiene planeado realizar en un futuro. Por educaci\u00f3n y respeto, no adelantar\u00e9 nada de lo all\u00ed hablado hasta que desde Turismo de Tenerife se informe en tiempo y forma. Pero s\u00ed dir\u00e9 que se estuvo bastante tiempo hablando de la formaci\u00f3n de los profesionales de la gastronom\u00eda (personal de cocina, sala, bartenders, baristas, sumiller\u00eda, etc.) aspecto absolutamente clave, b\u00e1sico y fundamental, para el pr\u00f3ximo futuro del sector en nuestra isla. Y en este aspecto, el presidente del Cabildo, Pedro Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, estuvo muy inteligente, m\u00e1s que interesado y se mostr\u00f3 m\u00e1s que comprometido (todo un reto) en el objetivo de ayudar a mejorar la realidad de la formaci\u00f3n de los futuros profesionales de la gastronom\u00eda en nuestra isla y, por extensi\u00f3n, en Canarias. Sus consejeros, Jos\u00e9 Gregorio Mart\u00edn<\/strong> y Javier Parrilla<\/strong> le secundaron, al igual que David P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, muy activo desde Turismo de Tenerife. La receta, en principio, huele bastante bien. A ver c\u00f3mo termina de sabor el plato.<\/p>\n
