En tanto llega la oportuna vacuna, el personal ha optado (con cierta l\u00f3gica) por restringir los viajes al extranjero. Unos viajes que, en su mayor parte, son por turismo y ocio, con directa o indirecta incidencia en la gastronom\u00eda. La gente no solo degusta las recetas de los pa\u00edses que visita, sino que, en much\u00edsimos casos, se trae los necesarios productos para reproducirlas en sus casas tras el regreso del viaje. El Covid19 est\u00e1 afectando a esta pr\u00e1ctica, pero, esta realidad se va a minimizar (o se va a ayudar a mitigarla, un poquito, al menos) gracias a la feria \u201cC\u00f3mete el Mundo\u201d que ya est\u00e1 abierta en El Corte Ingl\u00e9s de Tres de Mayo, que dirige <strong>\u00c1lvaro Rojas Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, en Tenerife. Seg\u00fan me dice <strong>Alfredo Medina,<\/strong> director de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Relaciones Externas de El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, \u00e9sta ya tradicional feria anual de productos gastron\u00f3micos, llega este a\u00f1o bajo el t\u00edtulo de \u201cC\u00f3mete el Mundo\u201d y, con m\u00e1s de 2.000 art\u00edculos en sus lineales y neveras, est\u00e1 ya ubicada en el supermercado de El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, que gerencia <strong>Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> al frente de su gran equipo de profesionales. Entre otros, no se pierdan el queso Stilton de la granja Meryland Farm; el zumo de pi\u00f1a ecol\u00f3gico Coraz\u00f3n Tierno, de Costa Rica; la carne de lomo de novillo irland\u00e9s de la raza Hereford; o las novedades y exclusivas vodka premium ruso Tovarich, o el mezcal Los Siete Misterios, de M\u00e9jico; sin olvidar las anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico Lorea, en aceite de oliva virgen extra ecol\u00f3gico.
