Lo que al parecer se quiere forzar (por muchos motivos, entre ellos la imputaci\u00f3n de Fernando Clavijo<\/strong> en el llamado \u201cCaso Gr\u00faas\u201d) es que el exalcalde y expresidente d\u00e9 un paso a un lado y permita que otra persona ocupe la secretar\u00eda general de CC.
