Part\u00edan de un an\u00e1lisis cierto, en el sentido de que, por aquellos a\u00f1os, en el Gobierno de Canarias (siempre de coalici\u00f3n y normalmente siempre de Coalici\u00f3n Canaria con otro partido, bien PP o bien PSOE) se repart\u00edan las consejer\u00edas del Gobierno entre los dos partidos coaligados y, a partir de ah\u00ed, dentro de las que le correspond\u00edan a cada uno de ellos, desde el consejero hasta el que barr\u00eda o cambiaba los ceniceros, eran afiliados o amiguetes del partido. Eso m\u00e1s tarde, en tiempos de <strong>Paulino Rivero<\/strong> como presidente, cambi\u00f3 (algo) y se convirti\u00f3 (no sabemos si a peor la mejor\u00eda) en un trasiego de puestos (de consejeros y viceconsejeros para abajo) en donde entraban tres aspectos a tener en cuenta para el reparto: el cargo, el partido y la isla. A eso, ahora, hay que sumarle el sexo, por aquello de la igualdad de g\u00e9nero.
