{"id":8207,"date":"2020-04-19T09:07:10","date_gmt":"2020-04-19T08:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=8207"},"modified":"2020-04-19T08:29:44","modified_gmt":"2020-04-19T07:29:44","slug":"una-polemica-sentencia-y-muy-recurrible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=8207","title":{"rendered":"UNA POL\u00c9MICA SENTENCIA Y MUY RECURRIBLE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En lo que se refiere a la primera noticia, rese\u00f1ar que la jueza <strong>Mar\u00eda Gabriela Rever\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia n\u00famero dos de Santa Cruz de Tenerife ha dado la raz\u00f3n (en principio) a <strong>Teresita Laborda<\/strong> y las mujeres que han estado con ella, dictando una sentencia que cuando sea firme) anular\u00eda el art\u00edculo 1 de los estatutos de la Esclavitud y, seg\u00fan la cual, por tanto, las mujeres que lo desearan y solicitaren, podr\u00edan ingresar en la hist\u00f3rica asociaci\u00f3n religiosa lagunera. Eso, repito, cuando la sentencia sea del todo firme, claro. Personalmente, a mi (como a muchos otros esclavos, aunque no a todos) me ha parecido bien y desde hace tiempo he estado de acuerdo con lo de la entrada de las mujeres. Y me consta que el debate viene produci\u00e9ndose desde hace a\u00f1os, tranquila y sosegadamente, mientras, por ejemplo, se desarrollaba la magn\u00edfica y ya hist\u00f3rica restauraci\u00f3n de la Sagrada Imagen del <strong>Cristo<\/strong>. Y hay que decir, porque es verdad y es de justicia, que ha sido el actual Esclavo Mayor, <strong>Francisco Doblas Gonz\u00e1lez de Aledo<\/strong>, quien ha tenido el coraje necesario y ha querido entrar de lleno en el tema, y terminar con el debate.
