Creada para ayudar a combatir la expansi\u00f3n de la pandemia por el coronavirus COVID-19 est\u00e1 bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del general <strong>Carlos Palacios Zaforteza<\/strong>, como comandante del Mando Componente Terrestre de la Operaci\u00f3n Balmis.
