El cura p\u00e1rroco de Las Mercedes, en La Laguna, Jes\u00fas Manuel Gil Ag\u00fc\u00edn<\/strong>, es un puntal que se tiene ganado a todo el pueblo con una pastoral cercana, activa y solidaria. Ayer fue \u201cD\u00eda de Canarias\u201d pero, tal d\u00eda como hoy, 31 de mayo y encima domingo, tocaba la celebraci\u00f3n de la tradicional romer\u00eda t\u00edpica en honor de San Isidro <\/strong>(Patr\u00f3n de los labradores) y de su esposa, Santa Mar\u00eda de la Cabeza, <\/strong>la m\u00e1s popularmente conocida como \u201cRomer\u00eda de Las Mercedes\u201d. Pero como este a\u00f1o pasa lo que pasa y los \u201cmercederos\u201d y sus amigos no se podr\u00e1n ir de romer\u00eda, su p\u00e1rroco, Jes\u00fas Ag\u00fc\u00edn,<\/strong> junto con C\u00e1ritas de Las Mercedes, han animado a realizar una \u201cromer\u00eda solidaria\u201d en forma de paseo por el pueblo con visita a la parroquia, donde podr\u00e1n donar alimentos no perecederos, que desde C\u00e1ritas repartir\u00e1n entre familias necesitadas. Y de paso, podr\u00e1n ver y echarle un rezo a San Isidro<\/strong> y Santa Mar\u00eda de la Cabeza <\/strong>(por cierto, primer matrimonio cristiano canonizado por la Iglesia). Y como no solo de pan vive el hombre y la mujer, tambi\u00e9n hay otras necesidades econ\u00f3micas reales para pagar alquileres, butano o electricidad. Y por ello, para familias del pueblo en estado de vulnerabilidad, Jes\u00fas Ag\u00fc\u00edn<\/strong> y su equipo parroquial necesitan (y me pide que se los diga) que, si alg\u00fan vecino o cualquier persona que lea El Cotarro lo desea y puede, haga su donativo econ\u00f3mico en la misma parroquia o C\u00e1ritas de Las Mercedes, o bien mediante ingreso en la cuenta de Cajasiete con IBAN: 3076 0030 5221 2246 3926 o bien con la aplicaci\u00f3n BIZUM que ahora est\u00e1 de moda y lo hace todo m\u00e1s sencillo, haciendo una donaci\u00f3n con el c\u00f3digo de campa\u00f1a 00035.
