El interesante Programa que tuve la oportunidad de estudiar, estuvo dirigido por el profesor <strong>Jacinto Artiles Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> y durante el mismo se habl\u00f3 de una ciencia, arte, habilidad (como ustedes prefieran llamarle) denominada \u201cpilotar los cambios\u201d. Una persona con responsabilidades en una entidad, sea director, gerente, pol\u00edtico, empresario, sea lo que sea, tiene (faltar\u00eda m\u00e1s) el derecho de hacer en sus equipos los cambios que estime conveniente, nombrando, cesando y promoviendo a las personas que estime oportuno en los puestos que crea adecuado.
