La Instituci\u00f3n Ferial de Tenerife S.A y la empresa Interideas S.L.U., promotores y organizadoras del evento, han decidido finalmente trasladar para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o la celebraci\u00f3n del 7\u00ba Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias \u2013 GastroCanarias 2021, prevista inicialmente para mayo de este a\u00f1o y posteriormente aplazada para el pr\u00f3ximo mes de septiembre, en el Recinto Ferial de Tenerife. La consejera insular del \u00c1rea de Empleo, Desarrollo socioecon\u00f3mico y Acci\u00f3n Exterior, del Cabildo de Tenerife, <strong>Carmen Luz Baso Lorenzo<\/strong>, as\u00ed como el gerente de la Instituci\u00f3n Ferial de Tenerife, <strong>I\u00f1aki Dom\u00ednguez Paniagua<\/strong> han manifestado que, definitivamente, y debido a la actual situaci\u00f3n internacional, se han valorado todos los aspectos y se ha adoptado esta medida con el objetivo de garantizar una gran y exitosa edici\u00f3n de GastroCanarias 2021, para sus expositores, patrocinadores y visitantes.
