El joven pero ya experimentado Antonio D\u00edaz Cazorla<\/strong>, ha enviado a sus clientes, proveedores y amigos, un sencillo pero emotivo mensaje que les reproduzco \u00edntegramente y que, textualmente, dice as\u00ed: Por diversos motivos y tras 18 a\u00f1os dedicados a la empresa familiar, trabajando siempre con orgullo, agradecimiento e ilusi\u00f3n, les informo que he decidido dar un paso dif\u00edcil, aunque igualmente apasionante, para comenzar una andadura en solitario, sin dejar de agradecer a mis padres su inmensurable esfuerzo, apoyo y cari\u00f1o. Atr\u00e1s dejo a\u00f1os de aprendizaje, grandes experiencias y satisfacciones personales y profesionales, que no olvidar\u00e9 y que, sin duda, han forjado en m\u00ed la fuerza y amor por mi trabajo. Quiero mostrar mi agradecimiento y cari\u00f1o especialmente al que fue mi equipo y al resto de mis compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras de Pasteler\u00eda D\u00edaz, que han compartido conmigo todos estos a\u00f1os, y a nuestros clientes, proveedores y dem\u00e1s amistades con los que he tenido el placer de trabajar. Desde el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda 21 de julio llevar\u00e9 la gesti\u00f3n del restaurante de la Casa del Vino de Tenerife, ya de forma independiente, la gesti\u00f3n de grandes eventos institucionales, el asesoramiento a importantes empresas del sector de la restauraci\u00f3n y el catering, y alg\u00fan otro proyecto que no les puedo adelantar. Seguir\u00e9 trabajando con ilusi\u00f3n, fuerza, responsabilidad y respeto m\u00e1ximo a mi apellido, D\u00edaz, que con tan s\u00f3lo 4 letras es sin\u00f3nimo de seriedad, esfuerzo, cercan\u00eda y compromiso. A todos los que estos d\u00edas me han transmito su apoyo y respeto…Muchas gracias de coraz\u00f3n. Deseo que Pasteler\u00eda D\u00edaz, ahora con mis hermanas al frente, siga siendo la gran empresa que es y el futuro sea incluso a\u00fan mejor de lo que ha sido el pasado y lo es el presente. A mi esposa, Ana<\/strong> y a mi hija, Alba<\/strong>…que son el motor de mi vida: \u00a1\u00a1va por ustedes!!…Y a una persona muy especial para mi, amiga y compa\u00f1era de aventuras futuras, Gigliola Giancane<\/strong>, por su confianza y cari\u00f1o, \u00a1gracias de coraz\u00f3n! Les espero en la Casa del Vino de Tenerife. Un abrazo muy fuerte<\/em>… Lo dicho, amigo Antonio<\/strong>, mucho \u00e1nimo y toda la suerte del mundo.<\/p>\n
