Inicialmente, estar\u00e1 abierto viernes y s\u00e1bados de 13:00 a 15:30 y de 18:30 a 23:00 y los domingos de 13:00 a 15:30. El restaurante pertenece al grupo Loro Parque, liderado por el empresario <strong>Wolfgang Kiessling<\/strong> y, como no podr\u00eda ser de otra manera, cuenta con todas las medidas de seguridad necesarias y controlar\u00e1 el aforo en cumplimiento con la normativa vigente. El <em>steakhouse<\/em>, situado frente a la puerta principal del Loro Parque, est\u00e1 dirigido por <strong>Elena Mart\u00ednez Ortiz<\/strong> y tiene como jefe de cocina a <strong>Juan Carlos Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, dos puntales. <strong><em>Brunelli\u2019s <\/em><\/strong>ha sido considerado como el \u201creferente de las grandes carnes en Canarias\u201d por importantes suplementos de gastronom\u00eda como lo es <em>Metr\u00f3polis<\/em>, de <em>El Mundo<\/em>, y como \u201cel mejor restaurante de carnes de Tenerife\u201d por TripAdvisor en 2018. Adem\u00e1s, recientemente se ha alzado con el <em>Plato 2020<\/em> en la nueva Gu\u00eda Michelin.\u00a0 Desde su apertura hace m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os, este establecimiento al estilo de los t\u00edpicos s<em>teakhouses<\/em> americanos, ha revolucionado la oferta gastron\u00f3mica de Puerto de la Cruz, en el norte de Tenerife.
