Me refiero al interesante y oportuno art\u00edculo de opini\u00f3n que, bajo el t\u00edtulo de \u201cEn defensa de nuestra Constituci\u00f3n de 1978\u201d, ha escrito en la plataforma de pensamiento, an\u00e1lisis y debate, \u201cCanarias en Positivo\u201d el prestigioso exmagistrado y ex fiscal general del Estado, Eligio Hern\u00e1ndez Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, hoy abogado y presidente de la asociaci\u00f3n Sociedad Civil de Canarias.\u00a0 En su l\u00ednea habitual y con una claridad meridiana, Eligio Hern\u00e1ndez nos anima a empujar todos a una en defensa de nuestra Constituci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola que, refrendada democr\u00e1tica y mayoritariamente por el pueblo espa\u00f1ol en 1978, nos trajo definitivamente la democracia a Espa\u00f1a y nos ha servido para convivir en paz y en desarrollo durante m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os.
