Conoc\u00ed a Pepe Segura<\/strong> como profesor y tambi\u00e9n como militante del Partido Socialista Popular (PSP) de Tierno Galv\u00e1n<\/strong>, que luego se fusionar\u00eda con el PSOE. Juntos, \u00e9l en el Partido y yo en las Juventudes, conocimos a ilustres pol\u00edticos socialistas canarios, cuya preparaci\u00f3n, honestidad, dedicaci\u00f3n y trabajo hoy echamos de menos. Juntos, mirando hacia aquellos primeros a\u00f1os de esta democracia que todos debemos defender con u\u00f1as y dientes, record\u00e1bamos (por orden alfab\u00e9tico de sus apellidos) a un buen n\u00famero de ya fallecidos: Francisco Afonso, Juan Carlos Alem\u00e1n.
