Esta pasada semana, casi he tenido que borrar y empezar de nuevo cinco veces. Comenc\u00e9 la primera redacci\u00f3n contando que, en los a\u00f1os 80<em>, <\/em><em>el americano\u00a0<strong>Herb Schmertz<\/strong> con la colaboraci\u00f3n de <strong>William Novak,<\/strong> revolucionaron el mundo de la empresa (y la pol\u00edtica) con su legendaria obra\u00a0<\/em><em>\u201cEl silencio no es rentable\u201d<\/em><em>.
